yes! there has actually been quite a lot of support from chantony, especially from the one and only jimmy o yang aka the actor of dr. chan himself! during october, november, and december of 2020, members of chantony nation came together to post pieces of artwork and fancams onto instagram and jimmy o yang has liked countless of these creations.
then, on december 14th, 2020, jimmy o yang followed 8 people from chantony nation (including the person who made this carrd and screamed for like two hours straight after this happened) and posted this post about chantony:
this is super cool because jimmy o yang is actually a writer for space force season 2 and it's very neat that he's given us recognition!! this also shows how chantony nation is super powerful despite us being a small group of people.
another memorable moment is when a member of chantony nation posted their chan cosplay for halloween and jimmy commented this:
also, ben schwartz, the actor of f tony, confirmed that the hair swoop moment was improvised.
so even if chantony doesn't go canon in space force season 2, chantony stans still stay winning!
